General Conditions of Sale
All Bravo Home Products are custom manufactured to your exact measurements as supplied by you on the order form and paid in full and are non refundable. We can not accept cancellation of order once it is production but we will wait 2 Days for putting your order through if you want to make minor changes. Since not all components are manufactured at the same plant we do run short some times as they are in transit which is beyond our control. Please call customer service ASAP Toll Free 1-800-446-1626 . Certain products crossing borders both ways Canada & USA or vice versa require your SIN or Tax #'s for custom clearance.
All products will be shipped free of charge by CANPAR or FEDEX ground door to door most of North America any product longer than 94” wide will have extra charges and we will inform you of the extra charges, Some larger shipments that can not be shipped by either above will be shipped by other carriers which will occur extra charges, we will inform you about the extra charges. Orders under $450.00 will be charged shipping extra. Some products have NO Free Shipping which is cleared display on the website. If you would like any other service please call customer service Toll free 1-800-446-1626 to get the extra charges.
Shipping and Damage
Usually orders are processed and received without any problems, however, it can occur that a product is damaged during shipping. In order to avoid any inconveniences, when your order is being delivered it is important that you inspect the carton for any DAMAGE before signing for the goods. If you see any DAMAGE to the carton or anything that would indicate hidden DAMAGE, you MUST NOTE the suspected damage on the delivery receipt. If the carton is DAMAGED, we suggest you REFUSE the shipment.
If you have any concern about the shipment, we encourage you to call the shipping company and talk to the manager about your concerns before the driver leaves. You must write on the shipping receipt if you suspect anything is wrong and have the driver sign next to it. If you do not note any damage on the receipt, and sign for the package without notifying the driver, it is very difficult to prove anything was wrong with the shipment. Without these precautionary steps we will be unable to deduct any costs from the shipping company.
Bravo Screens is not responsible for any shipping damage. The shipping company is responsible for the damage. Once you have signed for the shipment that is damaged you accept all the responsibility for the shipment and the damaged goods.

The customer will be responsible for all freight costs, on the original shipping and returns. If the products were shipped free, the price of shipping will be deducted from the returned product price. You will only be refunded for the product.
ALL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE & Can only be Canceled in 48 hrs after placing them as the are custom made just for you.
FlexAscreen.com, will accept a returned product under the following
1-All returned items must be approved by FlexAscreen, in writing or by E-mail.
2-Return Authorization number will be issued for that product only. You will get a RMA #.
3-Returned items MUST have RMA # clearly marked on the outside of the carton.
4-Returned items must be in the original carton.
5-Returned product MUST BE IN SALE ABLE condition or will be returned to you at your expense.
6-There will be a 40% restocking charge for handling the returned product.
7-Credits will only be issued after the product is received and inspected, and is judged to be in a SALE ABLE condition.
8-Credit will be given only for the product, not for any shipping costs.
9-Returned items MUST be PREPAID with the right RMA# or will be returned at your cost.
10-If ever money is refunded by us we will only refund the actual amount charged on the credit card & No international fees as that does not have any thing to do with us.
